W London Hotel is now premiering the role of Welcome Desk Manager!

I am responsible for managing the Welcome talent to ensure a warm, welcoming stay for all guests, and customers.  I ensure all talent provide the level of service expected from W London at all times.

The Welcome team are responsible for an outstanding welcome experience for all guests, and a seamless departure experience, whilst also ensuring a sense of fun and embracing our passion points.

I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Welcome Desk. The Welcome Desk Manager is also the hotel’s Duty Manager as well as the night operation, which includes rotating night shifts. In the capacity of Duty Manager the Welcome Desk Manager has overall responsibility for the hotel’s operations in the absence of the Director of Rooms and General Manager.  The Welcome Desk Manager is responsible for the overall daily operation, and for assisting all departments as required to ensure the smooth running of the hotel operations.
