To manage the daily operations of the Conventions and Banquets area, to coordinates all activities required to the proper execution of functions to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and the brand established property Standards Operating Procedures. To optimize maximum catering revenues according to Banquet Event Order specifications, through communication, leading, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operations and administration. Providing professional, advisory and executive support to the leadership team and assist in meeting the established strategic goals. e hands on and help associates meet their goals, build the trust and confidence and provide support, demonstrating a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items, packages, facilities, equipment, amenities plus daily events and activities. Provide leadership and guidance to associates. Provide timely feedback, and embrace and promote associate’s personal development. Project a positive and motivated attitude amongst associates.
- Three to four years manager level in Catering and Convention experience.
- Able to speak, read, write and understand English, Mandarin and Cantonese language.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, especially in Chinese and Western Cuisine.
- Hands-on approach to all operational aspects.
