- Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Responds immediately on medical requests and emergencies.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Good knowledge of reception daily operation.
- Good Command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Good knowledge of FO operation, guest-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude.
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in hotel industry.
