Job Summary:

  • Daily operation of Guest Service Center and Business Center
  • Responsible for staff training and development.
  • Promote business facilities and ensure monthly budget is reached.
  • Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
  • Be familiar with Fire Emergency Procedures and Communication Department’s role in emergencies and ensure all GSA’s knowledge of these procedures.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience in hotel industry
  • Good communication skills and leadership skills
  • Good Command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Guest Oriented and work under pressure
