- Daily operation of Guest Service Center and Business Center
- Responsible for staff training and development.
- Promote business facilities and ensure monthly budget is reached.
- Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
- Be familiar with Fire Emergency Procedures and Communication Department’s role in emergencies and ensure all GSA’s knowledge of these procedures.
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in hotel industry
- Good communication skills and leadership skills
- Good Command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Guest Oriented and work under pressure
