Job Summary
  • In charge of the section assigned operation.
  • Check mise-en-place and table set up according to standard
  • Greet guests by name.
  • Present menu to guests and take orders.
  • Recommend food and beverage items.
  • Up-sell food and beverage items.
  • Pass order to service station waiters.
  • Help waiter on serving food and beverage items to guests according to service procedures.
  • Check back service to ensure guests satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Holder of certificate / diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of restaurant / in room dining supervisory role
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong sense of services
  • Good customer interaction skills
  • Capable in Micros cashier procedures
  • Knowledge of MS Office
