As a Pastry Sous Chef your main mission will be to provide an extraordinary culinary pastry experience to our guests in our restaurants, bars and rooms, in a fun and casual volume environment. You will be able to demonstrate creative culinary talent from renowned venues and will be prepare and oversee the production of quality and on brand desserts that are aligned with the hotel’s culinary offering. You will work with an extraordinary chef partner and Executive Chef who will create a unique food and drink offering for the hotel venues serving the Barcelona community.
You will be leading the pastry department empowering your employees to create a new unique original experience for our guests, encouraging, recognizing and training them to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.
In partnership with the Chef Partner, Executive Chef and the General Manager Restaurants and Bars you will develop the standards of the department, work and follow up on guest and employee satisfaction focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel’s goals.
