Job Summary
Drives strategic and operational attraction, sourcing and hiring activities. Provide support to all client groups and ensuring critical target groups are properly reflected. Provide strategic insights and offer perspective with regard to recruitment needs and strategies on the local & overseas hiring. Recruitment Campaign & Project Management: develop/manage performance metrics for various recruitment campaigns from strategy formalization to execution. As an internal consultant on all aspects of recruitment, the incumbent contributes to the success by providing the best talent to fill open positions meeting current and future business needs and advising managers in regards to  hiring needs and trends in the market place

Job Requirements
• Must be local Macau resident
• Minimum of 5 year experience in HR with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of recruitment concepts, procedures and strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle mass amount of data
