To assist the Staff Housing Supervisor in the smooth and efficient running of staff housing, staff transportation, staff cafeteria and staff locker rooms.
§ To conduct regular inspections of all staff houses including inside and outside areas to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance, i.e. flats, recreation rooms, gym, swimming pool, store rooms, public areas, etc.
§ To coordinate with the Engineering Department on repairs and maintenance follow up.
§ To have a close liaison with the Security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours.
§ To assist in the pest control at the staff houses and staff locker rooms.
§ To ensure that all linen are properly stored.
§ To ensure that all store rooms are maintained and tidy at all times.
§ To ensure that all staff house keys are properly kept and orderly arrange.
§ To assist in monitoring the cleanliness and upkeep of the employee dining room and locker areas.
§ To assist in keeping up-to-date the furniture, equipment, and linen inventories in the staff houses.
§ To assist in the Employee social and sports activities.
§ To assist in the Employee parties, i.e. bi-monthly birthday parties, annual staff party, annual staff barbecue, etc.
§ To assist with the exit formalities of employees leaving the services of the hotel.
§ To receive all incoming associates on their arrival date and brief accordingly.
§ To be responsible for employee mail and distribution.

§ To be aware of the staff house safety & emergency procedures.
§ To help ensure all staff house rules & regulations are adhered to.
§ To assist and suggest means and ways of conserving water and electricity.
§ To assist with the implementation and upkeep of employee communications.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Property specific)
§ To be aware of all health, safety and fire procedures.
§ Knowledge of First Aid administration.
Qualification Standards (Property specific)
§ Good written and spoken English.
§ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education (Property specific)
§ High School Diploma
Experience (Property specific)
§ 2 years experience in the same capacity preferably in the hospitality sector.
