MISSION/使命
 
Leads, oversees and manages a pro-active sales force as an integral part of the Business Development team to achieve the hotel’s revenue goals. Provides support to team and solutions to ensure a sustainable and efficient selling process.  Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotel image.
ホテルの売上げのゴールを達成するために、宿泊・宴会・レストランそれぞれのビジネスにおいて、新規コーポレートアカウントからの需要を発掘し、既存アカウントからの受注を増大させる。企業の基準、ブランドスタンダード、ホテルのイメージを保護し守る。

RESPONSIBILITIES/責任
 
  1. Lead the account acquisition target for banquet and room business
    宴会及び宿泊の新規獲得及び目標達成
     
  2. Support and collaboration to sales team for achieve the team budget
    セールスチームへのサポートをしてチーム予算の達成を目指す
     
  3. Proactively recommend the optimum method for success of client’s event and chase any opportunity for up sell
    提案型の打ち合わせを進めイベントを成功に導く
    また常にアップセルの機会を探る
     
  4. Take initiative and organize for success of the day
    イベント当日の指揮を取りイベントを成功に導く
     
  5. Make the necessary report and unutilized
    必要なレポートの作成と活用
     
  6. Coordinate and communicate with each related department for smooth operation
    関係各部署との関係を築き円滑なオペレーションを図る
     
  7. Build a better relationship and work closely with banquet manager, event manager and PIC of our clients (Achieve target of MPSI score)
    担当者や予約者との関係を構築してビジネスの増大をはかる(MPSI目標達成)
     
  8. Improve the call skill for new development (Achieve target of mystery call score)
    電話応対スキルの向上により新規獲得を目指す(ミステリーコール目標達成)
     
  9. Achieve KPI target (SPG Pro, TeamHot, MPSI etc) KPIターゲットの達成(SPG Pro, TeamHot, MPSI etc)
