Job Summary


To coordinate all event details and logistics from the point of contract signing to departure for conventions, meetings, incentives, weddings and events. Assist Meeting Planner with program layout, space utilization, room sets, menus/menu planning/menu costing, F&B budgeting, group arrival/departures, group VIPs, group movements, and all other needs the planner may have. Develop new revenue opportunities through upselling in-house facilities and services to increase the hotels profitability and competitive advantage;

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in Catering/Convention/Event field.
  • Able to speak, read, write and understand the English & Chinese languages.
  • Diploma in hotel management, event management or equivalent education required.
