Role Descriptions

Responsible for facilitating, conducting the day to day operational logistics of the Stewarding Department within Kitchens and Restaurants. The scope of responsibility includes a key focus on enhancing and protecting the assets of the Culinary and Beverage & Food Division, and maintaining W’s standards of hygiene and sanitation.

負責飲餐部後場環境清潔維護及餐務洗滌工作,包括飲餐部各項餐具、大型器皿、餐盤、銀器、不鏽鋼餐具洗滌及協助所有廚房設備及用具的保養維護、清潔消毒及存放保管。
依照W酒店的政策和程序,以有效率的方式操作,確保服務品質得以維持,符合標準。
