Reporting to the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, personable and authentic experience for each guest during all encounters. In addition, you will need to assist with luggage handling while providing swift and precise assistance and deliver the Whatever/Whenever experience for our guests, prior, during and after their stay.
We are ideally looking for someone
  • With a High School or Equivalent Education preferred.
  • At least one year in guest contact area.
