Role Descriptions
 
Responsible for providing a warm welcoming experience for the limousine arrival guest, and creating an ongoing welcoming throughout guest’s stay.
Create a WOW experience for guest by attending to their needs and prepare personalized welcome amenity, and seize every opportunities to provide our Whatever/Whenever service commitment. 
Performing Wired (Business Centre) duties to supporting guests’ needs on general administration functions. Providing administrative supports to the Welcome department (Front Office).
 
Job Requirements
 
Experience - any experience in guest contact position
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline, fresh graduates are welcome
Technical/ functional competencies - experience in computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint). Knowledge of Opera, POS system is a plus.
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
