The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days.

Provide training for new and existing associates in the required skills and knowledge
Assist in the preparation of rosters, menu planning and standard operating procedures
Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirement.
Be totally involved in the hotel's operation keeping up-to-date with events within the hotel
