Job Summary

 

Perform basic kitchen duties for individual section in all operational facets relating to supreme standards of disciplined mise en place and menu preparations.

 

Meet logistical requirements for set up of all work stations relating to kitchen duties and mise en place levels to the highest qualitative standards.Show effort and passion to cook great food to meet guest expectation. Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times.

 

工作職責

 

- 根據工作標準,為各個餐廳準備食品及編制菜單。

- 根據廚房的要求及標準,維持工作間的衛生環境。

- 對食物充滿熱誠,盡心盡力從而滿足客人的要求。

- 保證有效安全的工作並發揚勤儉節約的風格。

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

- High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.

- Strong knowledge of culinary operations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese.

- Three to five years in culinary management position.

 

職位要求

 

- 高中及酒店管理相關文憑優先。

- 對廚房專業有一定知識和技能。

- 良好的中文及英文溝通技巧。

- 至少三至五年廚藝管理工作經驗。
