Job Summary
  • Hands on involvement in the day to day running of the kids club.
  • Ensuring the safety of all children involved in all kids club activities.
  • Produce and drive a fun, varied and stimulating weekly activity programme for the children attending kids club, adapting as and when necessary.
  • Report all issues directly to the Supervisor.
  • Manage the day to day checklists and delegated tasks in Sandcastle Club.
  • Ensure all staff is following correct policies and procedures as per standards.
  • Attend to staff meeting and briefing with the Sandcastle Club team.
  • Review Check-in/check out form information with the guest.  Record any special comments, problems or needs of their kids.
  • Maintains an environment with secure and safety rules in all activities.
  • Should keep child learning activities simple and flexible.
  • Observes cleanliness after every activities and set up for your next activity.
  • Inform management of any tools or equipment that need to be repaired or replaced.
