A unique opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Shift Leader at The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel.
As a Front Office Shift Leader you are the face of the Hotel and a key person who can shape the overall “guest experience”, providing a friendly, welcome and high quality service to guests, arriving from near and far and making them feel special.
You must be courteous, polite and well-spoken and it is vital to have a passion for providing the highest standards of hospitality. Going the extra mile is important to ensure guest satisfaction.
You will oversee the daily operation of the front desk to ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring needs and expectations are met in regards to rooming requirements, ensuring all daily front office tasks are completed on time and overseeing the brand standards are met and quality of our services throughout the day is exceptional. In addition to these roles you are also assisting in checking in and checking out our guests, creating an exceptional rapport with guests and associates.
It is expected that you have the knowledge and understanding of the business needs and requirements. Working in a hotel which has guests from all over the World and a mix of diverse cultures and religions, it is essential that we not only have an understanding of the local area and events, but to be able to have a positive response and flex our style accordingly to our brand standards and guest requests.
