As a Commis Chef, you will assist the heart of house, and kitchen department in achieving total guest satisfaction, through the delivery of food to the set deadlines, whilst maximizing organizational profitability through the effective utilization of all resources. You will have a smart appearance, in good health and able to work under a pressure environment, with a responsible attitude. You are willing to work flexible hours, have a pleasant manner with guests, a good telephone manner and willing to take control of all the section aspects in the absence of the Chefs de Partie.
The ideal candidate will be organised and have an excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality Hotel is required and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
