As a rock star Duty Manager, you have a key management position focusing on the smooth day to day operation. You will be working on an evening shift on the floor among the Welcome team.
You will ensure that the quality of internal and external service meets current standards of performance criteria, that the style of service delivery is consistent with the hotel core values and that the product and facilities are maintained to a five star standard at all times.
Responsible for the guest satisfaction, you will make sure all the guests are having a memorable experience and will welcome VIPs.
You will also deal with customer complaints and provide a wow recovery service.
As a witty chameleon, you might be required to help across all departments within the hotel.
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
