Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage all e-commerce opportunities, ensuring information is displayed adheres with corporate guidelines & standards and social media platforms with the best opportunities for providing business.
  • Develop landing pages as needed for promotions with the different market segments to aid in one-click bookings for local accounts/partners, groups and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with key OTA market managers to develop an eChannel strategy, monthly meeting or call to gain market intelligence, extend existing property promotions to targeted eChannels and gain marketing merchandizing supports.
  • Leverage 3rd party sites to broadcast hotel's updates and offers.
  • Develop monthly social media plan on various platforms and tactical campagin/games to interact with fans/followers, monitor trends and explore for business opportunities.
  • Share eCommerce updates / enhancements that were made by Corporate eCommerce with the hotel and Sales team.
  • Assist with the evaluation of impact when participating in travel/lodging websites.




  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administrations or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years e-commerce experience and preferable in hotel industry
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
