Job Description

As a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Staff) it is your main responsibility to provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, escorting them to and from their room and assisting them with their luggage. It is your further task to: to properly register and store gust luggage; to load and unload luggage; to actively promote our loyalty program while recognizing our Loyalty Guests; to assist with ordering taxis and other transportation as needed; to actively listen and immediately respond to our guest’s request; to provide information about the W Amman Hotel & Residences, it’s outlets and their opening hours, function rooms, services, and directions to local attractions.



You are the type of person that never says no, you always aim to exceed customer expectations, you are a great communicator, you demonstrate team spirit and cooperation, and act with professionalism and integrity.

You like to take ownership, you learn, develop and adapt to change and you can work independently, take initiative and pay attention to detail.

A High School Degree is required.
