You will be a part of our Culinary team and will be reporting to the Executive Sous Chef.


As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for overseeing the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section and respective section of each subordinate associate in meeting dictated product standards.


3 years of Culinary experience in a five star luxury property and at least a year on the same level.


High school or equivalent education required (Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred).


Prioritize everyday preparation to a very high standard, which goes hand in hand with a high level of service execution and hygiene

Passionate, innovative, and must have an excellent eye to detail.


An outstanding coach, mentor and leader of the team who is committed to their development.
