Responsible for the creation and production of pastry & bakery items for hotel venues. Lead and stimulate the Pastry team by providing training and guidance.
Control food costs; ensure food quality, hygiene and various standards are met in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Experience - A minimum of six (6) years experience in related industry.
Education - College Degree or Professional Certificate in Culinary / Pastry Management
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, proficiency in English & Mandarin is an advantage
