Give assistance to arriving and departing guests and warmly greeting; orient the guests with their reservation and other restaurant facilities. Provide supervisory assistance to the team leader as may be required.
- To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available / preparation methods and time in sections appointed.
- To be aware of Marriott and Hotel standards and policies.

5. Ensures full mise-en-place is prepared prior to start of operations and replenished afterwards. 保证在开始营运之前必须将所有的工作所需物品准备好
6. Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. 保证所有的物品按照要求正确的使用并延长使用时间
- Obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction. 在营运时得到客人的意见并保证让客人满意
