The Analyst,

;Performance Services, APAC works with the Manager, Sales Performance Management, APAC to manage execution of Global and Continent initiatives, programs, and promotions. This position will also be the primary link to hotels and will support the continent initiatives surrounding rewards and recognition & cross sell programs. This position will provide analytical and information to support the leadership team in developing reward and recognition strategies.

 

This position will proactively monitor hotel, market, cluster and national sales team participation, resolve issues, conduct analysis and provide specific knowledge to support analysis efforts. The Manager will also be responsible for providing market-specific metrics and commentary to the area team. This position will assist hotels with training and support new hotels through the enrollment and activation of sales reward and recognition & cross sell programs on property

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Audit Data – Periodically audit quality of data submitted by hotels on GSPP to ensure data integrity

  2. Reporting – Provide hotels and sales leadership with value added reports and insights on sales performance

  3. Administration- Act as a single point of contact across properties for reporting relates issues

  4. Support-handling enrollment activities on global lead referral program and provide monthly reporting on the lead referral platform

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  1. Educational Qualifications – bachelor’s in hospitality preferred.

  2. Experience-2-3 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting preferred

  3. Experience in sales and marketing in hospitality industry preferred

  4. Intermediate Microsoft excel skills.

  5. Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word

  6. Self-motivated and proactive person
