Role Purpose:

Responsible for managing the operations of the finance departments, and ensuring that all activities are carried out timely and efficiently



  • To manage budgeting, forecasting and work flows for different departments
  • To Supervise and ensure timely and accurate book keeping for Starwood Hotels & Resorts India Pvt. Ltd.
  • To ensure financial accounting is compliant to standards and is done timely
  • To ensure legal standards are followed in all activities of the department
  • To be responsible for financial reporting and maintaining an MIS
  • To manage client accounting, drafting contracts, executing them and making necessary checks on behalf of the client
  • To manage Starwood Hotels & Resorts India Pvt. Ltd. contracts with clients, vendors and external entities.
  • To draft & review contracts as per company policies
  • To be responsible for maintaining a repository of all legal documents including agreements, contracts, MOUs, etc.
  • To Manage Day-to Day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on monthly basis.
  • To Manage the P&L Statements by department on monthly basis.
  • To assist in Completing the Internal and Statutory Audit and provide necessary details as may be required by the Auditors.
  • To bring about process improvements and assist in formulating new policies and procedures for the accounts department.
  • To ensure monthly/ Quarterly and Annually tax compliances
  • To work in implementing various processes and controls in place.
  • To assist team in completing the set activities on timely and accurate manner.
  • To complete appraisals of immediate reportees on time
  • To manage Legal and Corporate Secretarial compliance
  • To assist in laying new policies and producers for the company
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Educational Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant

Prior Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of post-qualification industry experience
  • Previous experience in a multinational industries/ Big 4 Chartered accountancy firm.
