The Manager role will be responsible for end-to-end reporting of the sales performance of properties and countries under scope. This role will report to project lead role and will work closely with the property teams and vendor to monitor, trouble shoot, and enhance existing systems and processes in place. Manager will also work with other team members to enhance month-end reporting on global lead referral and rewards and recognition program.
Audit Data – Periodically audit quality of data submitted by hotels on GSPP to ensure data integrity
Reporting – Provide hotels and sales leadership with value added reports and insights on sales performance
Administration- Act as a single point of contact across properties for reporting relates issues
Provide monthly reporting on the lead referral and reward and recognition platform
Educational Qualifications – bachelor’s in hospitality preferred.
Advance Microsoft excel skills. Comfortable with macros
Knowledge on Tableau preferred
Experience-4-5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting preferred
Experience in sales and marketing in hospitality industry preferred
Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word
