Job Description


The Organizational Capability (OC) COE is dedicated to enabling the organization through building business capabilities in the areas of organizational design, activation and change management. The OC COE is focused broadly on strengthening the alignment between business priorities and organizational strategy (structure, processes, systems, talent, change, culture, etc.).


As the Director, Change Management & Deployment you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of the change management and deployment strategy supporting the global Learning and Development organization. You will report to the Sr. Director, Organizational Change Management with a dotted line to the VP, Learning Deployment. What this means:


We will look to you to design and develop complex change management and deployment strategies that will guide efforts and provide foundational change approach in support of learning and development initiatives.

  • You will manage senior level clients/stakeholders across multiple disciplines to translate business needs into change and organizational implications
  • We will look to you to design and develop complex change management and deployment strategies that will guide efforts and provide foundational change approach for initiative-specific change plans
  • You can expect to lead joint projects and initiatives and partner with other members of the Learning and Development and Change Management teams per the guidance of your leader


You will be responsible for developing and executing the change management strategy and deployment planning which includes:

    • Being a trusted advisor, developing methods, tools, and templates for project teams on change management best practices, management concepts and approaches
    • Develop change strategies in conjunction with other members of the COE and/or other Enterprise CM practitioners
    • Conducting impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to determine change management needs for impacted stakeholders
    • Implementing change management programs that ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful
    • Identifying and resolving issues and risks, provide timely updates to leadership
    • Facilitating meetings, reviews, and work collaboratively across the organization to produce effective results
    • Providing input to ensure learning and communications strategies and support materials are effective
    • Set targets, tracks results and creates plans to improve programs
    • Designing tools and techniques to sustain the change effort post-implementation

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Graduate degree, MS/MBA (or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or Related Field preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in supporting or leading change management, as well as exposure to consulting or related professional area
  • Experience managing the change associated with complex, global systems implementation
  • Experience consulting to business leaders
  • Demonstrated success working in a complex, service-intensive, and deadline-driven environment
  • Skilled at managing across projects and partnering on multi-faceted deployment programs
  • Experience developing and presenting, impactful presentations that convey results
  • Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders
  • Consulting experience on human capital programs preferred
  • Hospitality industry experience a plus
