As an integral part of the Asia Pacific Total Rewards and HR Technology & Analytics team, the Human Resources Executive provides best-in-class operational support in the areas of compensation, benefits and people data management to fuel Marriott Asia Pacific’s continual growth as the world’s largest hospitality company. You will be actively supporting end-to-end compensation and benefits processes while gaining exposure to people data and reporting work streams.
0-2 years of Compensation & Benefits/data handling experience. Working experience in a consulting and/or in-house compensation and benefits role will be advantageous.
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Informatics/Analytics, Business Administration or Finance from an accredited polytechnic/university.
Possess a curious/learning mindset, high meticulousness, excellent service orientation, exceptional interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.
Demonstrate experience/willingness to interact effectively as a team player with co-workers and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Outstanding MS Office skills, especially in Excel, SharePoint, Access or other similar data management tools.
Basic experience working with HR systems, maintaining data and building reports.
Prepare data sets from multiple sources in support of regular and ad hoc reporting, dashboarding and analysis.
Manage employee data and documents to ensure accuracy of HR data and records.
- Support data validation and audits.
Prepare employment-related documentation e.g. offer letter, onboarding kit etc.
Coordinate and follow up on Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Support key projects as per request.
