The Centralized Revenue Management Program Specialist role will work with up to five unique systems to support the hundreds of hotels our Centralized Revenue Manager’s oversee. To optimize revenue the Program Specialist role works with these systems to set appropriate pricing for each booking channel and manage inventory controls as it pertains in the achievement of optimal mix of business.
- Conducts Audits, including but not limited to booking channels, systems configuration, rate plans and ad hoc audits
- Communicates internally with multiple Centralized Revenue Management teams based on task assignment, project timelines, and support needs - Participation in team meetings, discipline mentoring sessions that provide hands on tactical experience for enhancement of communication style.
- Ad hoc Revenue Management Coverage for various roles on the Centralized Revenue Management team; Analyst, Manager, etc.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Finance, Economics or Quantitative/Business related field
Preferred: 1-3 years in Hotel or Hospitality Industry
Required: Microsoft Office Applications; Outlook, Excel, etc.
Preferred: Starwood/Marriott Systems: Valhalla, Galaxy U/X, ROS, ISAC, Lightspeed, ServiceNow (Service Desk), HPP, One Yield, MARSHA, MarRFP
