The Analyst role will be responsible for end-to-end reporting of the sales performance of properties and countries under scope. This role will support manager and will work closely with the property teams and vendor to monitor, trouble shoot, and enhance existing systems and processes in place. Analyst will also provide month end reporting on global lead referral program and support Manager on administrative activities for MI Leads program                    
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
 
Key Responsibilities
  1. Audit Data – Periodically audit quality of data submitted by hotels on GSPP to ensure data integrity
  2. Reporting – Provide hotels and sales leadership with value added reports and insights on sales performance
  3. Administration- Act as a single point of contact across properties for reporting relates issues
  4. Support-handling enrollment activities on global lead referral program and provide monthly reporting on the lead referral platform
Qualifications/Skills Required:
  1. Educational Qualifications – bachelor’s in hospitality preferred.
  2. Experience-2-3 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting preferred
  3. Experience in sales and marketing in hospitality industry preferred
  4. Advance Microsoft excel skills. Comfortable with macros
  5. Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word
  6. Self-motivated and proactive person
