JOB SUMMARY
 
The Executive, eCommerce - Europe, will support the Senior Manager, eCommerce – Europe through the creation of promotional campaign landing pages and merchandising activities specific to the region across all platforms. The role will be responsible the implementation of all tracking requirements and reporting duties whether campaign performance, website metrics or customer experience and usability studies. The candidate will require strong stakeholder management/communication skills and build strong relationships across multiple teams.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
Education and Experience
  • University degree in Digital, Marketing, Hospitality management or related field
  • Strong European foreign language skills required
  • Relevant professional experience in digital marketing or related functions, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Solid agency management experience
     
 
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Support the launch of regional promotions
  • Build promotional landing pages
  • Merchandise promotions through owned channels
  • Implement and monitor appropriate tracking and reporting
  • Monitor and audit Global sites for functionality and performance
  • Support Senior Manager on optimisation and website development efforts
  • Create, maintain and optimise regional on-platform landing pages ensuring cohesive customer experience
  • Manage monthly content updates and merchandising for DE, FR & UK Deals landing pages
  • Manage quarterly content updates and merchandising for DE, ES, FR, IT, RU & UK always-on advance purchase landing pages
  • Optimize and improve Marriott Global Site platforms
  • Work with Hitwise and SMR Analytics team to get French, German and UK competitive web data on Tableau platform
  • Merchandising on platforms (Homepages, HWS, Deals, etc.)
