Résumé des fonctions
 
      This position works with Corporate eCommerce to ensure the completion of Marriott.com Business AcceptanceTesting (BAT) projects. Specifically, this position will represent the Customer Care perspective in such efforts. Design and conduct Marriott.com BAT efforts. Ownership of BAT efforts for Marriott.com & other sites specific to the language requirements for example; .de, .fr. Communicate results of Marriott.com BAT efforts to eCommerce BAT team. Ensure associate awareness of Marriott.com functionality and design initiatives. Compile and analyze data received from Marriott.com BAT process. Support the PSS process by reporting web site problems and minor enhancements identified through the BAT process to the Marriott.com development team. Coordinate the assistance of Customer Care Associates with goals of eCommerce BAT team regarding Marriott.com initiatives and enhancements. Perform a variety of other duties the associate is capable of performing as directed by Management.
 
     Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sales systems. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, internal and extremal customers, according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
