A full-time position based at the Hong Kong Continent Office. The role will provide all-round support to Vice President, Luxury Brands & Brand Marketing and perform other related tasks as assigned by management & team.
  • Manage the calendar for the Vice President including arranging meetings on-site and offsite, managing the logistics and ensuring successful execution of those meetings
  • Assist Vice President, Luxury Brands & Brand Marketing and team in preparation of various presentations/ reports / updates
  • Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as required
  • Act as a central point of contact between the Hong Kong Continent Office and Regional / Area teams
  • Work with the Brand & Marketing teams to develop key stakeholder presentations and reports for meetings
  • Create and maintain shared folders and team performance tracking documents
  • Produce and distribute team correspondence, presentations and other related documents as required
  • Working with discipline teams, monitor and assist in maintaining Asia Pacific Luxury Brands & Brand Marketing content
  • Coordinate team meetings and set up conference calls, take minutes as requested
  • Maintain office supplies for area
  • Process expense reports
  • Track team vacation
  • Manage travel booking for the Vice President and Directors including visa applications / renewals
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Skills and Competencies
  • 2 - 3 years of administration experience
  • Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese (verbal and written)
  • Ability to design and implement successful tracking of documents and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage and balance own time
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use standard software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, reliable and flexible
  • Strong customer development and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of all Marriott Lodging products, cultures and brand strategies
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g. associates, customers, owners
  • Able to use initiative and work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Marriott International Key Brands and Strategies with a strong administrative background - able to work on own initiative, effectively communicate with stakeholders
