Responsible for maximizing revenue and profit associated with rooms and function space inventory across the three customer segments of transient, group and catering for all hotels in the cluster. Coordinates group and catering pricing for the cluster hotels to ensure consistency and market positioning. Acts as the primary contact for all group and catering business evaluation for the Sales Organisation.  Utilizes tools and resources to ensure recommendations provided are based on all relevant supporting data including market conditions, demand generators, and source markets.  Performs GRC and Diary Audits to keep inventory “on the shelf” and ensures tentatives and options are current and “on strategy”. 
  • Conducts all business evaluation to maximise incremental profit. 
  • Coordinates group pricing and restrictions to maximise results.
  • Recommends catering pricing and minimums.
  • Evaluates all complex group and catering leads. 
  • Evaluates all standard group and catering leads “off strategy”.
  • Completes Hotel Strategy Sheets for Sales Office.
  • Maintains space release policy.
  • Monitors Delphi GRC & Diary.
  • Reviews lost and turndown data.
  • Attends property sales strategy meeting monthly.
  • Facilitates lead review meetings.
  • Trains Sales Office on procedures and revenue management basics.
  • Ensures hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives.
  • Leads Sales Strategy Meetings upon request.
